Approvisionneur / process specialist - frabpm - infosys bpm à marseile

Job Description

Infosys BPM recherche des Approvisionneurs / Supply Officers pour son projet client à Toulouse.
Vous aurez l’occasion de collaborer avec les meilleurs talents de l’industrie pour créer des solutions innovantes et de haute qualité qui répondent aux besoins de nos clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on activities related to supply chain process: PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring.
2. Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization.
3. Manual PO Placement.
4. Collaboration with suppliers.
5. Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries.
6. Missing parts management.
7. Dispute Management.
8. SAP parameter setting for optimization.
9. Identify risks and set up action by anticipation.
10. Interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work.
11. Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates.
12. Provide weekly operational reports.
13. Document process documentation and standard methodologies.
14. Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings.
15. Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
16. Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Good French (min. C1).
2. Good English (min. B2).
3. At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service.
4. At least Bachelor Degree.
5. Customer orientation and proactive approach.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
7. SAP knowledge nice to have.
8. Team player.
