Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Notre département Talent Acquisition Groupe recherche un(e) apprenti(e) Chargé(e) de Coordination Programme VIE H/F pour son siège basé à Nanterre (92).

Le V.I.E permet de confier à des jeunes diplômés âgées de 18 à 28 ans, une mission professionnelle à l'étranger. Véritable interface entre les filiales internationales du Groupe Faurecia, les VIEs et Businessfrance (organisme gouvernemental français en charge des VIEs), vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion de ce programme important puisque plus de 350 VIE sont en missions en permanence dans le groupe.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Talent Acquisition France, les principales missions seront :
1. Identifier les besoins en VIE en collaboration avec les filiales internationales du Groupe.
2. Assurer le sourcing de candidats (cvthèques, forum, ...).
3. Gérer la présélection des candidats (profils ingénieurs, contrôle de gestion, achats, ...).
4. Conduire les entretiens de recrutement en toute autonomie.
5. Assurer le suivi des volontaires du départ jusqu'à la fin de la mission (contrat, facture, reportings, voyage...).
6. Coordonner la gestion du retour du VIE et son embauche au sein du Groupe.
7. Mettre en place des actions de communication afin de promouvoir le programme VIE à l'externe comme à l'interne.
8. Elaborer divers supports de communication et valoriser le programme au sein du Groupe.
9. Proposer des axes d'amélioration pour optimiser le dispositif.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Le(la) candidat(e) idéal(e) aura le profil suivant :
1. Etudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 avec une spécialisation en Gestion des Ressources Humaines.
2. Première expérience en recrutement appréciable.
3. Excellent relationnel.
4. Autonomie.
5. Aisance avec les outils informatiques et le pack Office.
6. Anglais courant indispensable.
7. Compétences rédactionnelles.
