Le Business Developer (BD) a pour missions de trouver et développer de nouveaux sites profitables à l'entreprise. Le BD se comporte alors comme un véritable entrepreneur au service de ladite entreprise. Ses missions seront les suivantes :

Responsabilités :

1. Réaliser la stratégie commerciale en lien avec la cellule commerce et DR ainsi que le pilotage de projets commerciaux et négociation de nouveaux logos.
2. Effectuer la prospection physique et téléphonique sur le diffus et déploiement des sites sous accord cadre.
3. Déployer des sites sous accord cadre et reportings quotidiens sur Salesforce.
4. Valider des candidats TT + Présentation au client ainsi que suivi du client et des intérimaires.
5. Développer des leviers de croissance/marge : Ouverture CET, frais ouverture compte...
6. Contrôler toutes les actions liées au bon déroulement des opérations et la satisfaction clients et intérimaires.

Tu as...

1. Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que commercial dans l’intérim (de préférence profils intermédiaires ou séniors).
2. Techniques de vente & de négociation commerciale.
3. Permis B + disponible pour des déplacements sur le périmètre régional - voir national.
4. Économie et organisation de l'entreprise : fonction des entreprises, types de structures, activités économiques.
5. Bases du droit du travail.
