Ce poste est ouvert en CDD de 12 mois.

Vos activités comprendront notamment les points suivants :

* Installation et support N1 sur logiciels et OS

* Support utilisateur N1 via outil de ticketing interne / hotline / email

* Administration simple comptes Active Directory

* Suivi d’inventaire dans outil interne

* Gestion et maintenance d’une base de connaissance

* Connaissance d’Active directory

* Qualité relationnelles & rédactionnelles

* Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

* Très bonne organisation réactivité



Le poste en CDI se situe au niveau de notre agence Sud-Ouest localisée à Blagnac (31)




Etes-vous notre futur talent ?



* Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+2

* Idéalement avec un spécialisation en Support IT

* A minima 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire

* Vous êtes rigoureux et autonome

* Vous avez une approche positive et collaborative
