YOUR MISSIONS : Strategic intelligence
- Market research and analysis, competition intelligence
- Innovation/technology/new services intelligence.
Designing new international health insurance offers
- Benchmark competitor product strategy and pricing models in target markets
- Design and adapt benefits, coverage, underwriting rules that fit the most our client targets
- Work closely with our actuarial team to define the correct pricing
- Define negotiation objectives and participate to the negotiation of the new offers with our insurance and reinsurance partners
- Contribute to the set-up of the offer in our back-office system.
Supporting the launch of these new international health insurance offers
- Create the commercial, contractual and marketing documentation
- Build online and offline quotation/enrolment system
- Develop and execute communication plans (PR, events, etc.)
- Coordinate the training of all our internal teams
- Help the sales team in promoting the offer to our broker and distributor partners.
Following up the performance and renewal of the offers
- Act as lead expert on any product-related topic following the implementation of the project (annual reviews, business reviews, etc)
- Create dashboard and issue report to monitor the sales and technical performance
- Manage the renewal campaign of these offers to ensure the coverage fit the client target, cope with the medical inflation, and the technical results remain balanced.
As part of the Marketing department, you will join a team of product managers reporting to Thomas, Head of the Insurance Product Team. You will cross-functionally work with the Strategic team in charge of the company's expansions in new markets, and you will BE daily in touch with all our departments : Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Medical, Care Networks, IT, Finance, Actuarial and Legal.
As soon as you arrive, you'll BE given an induction programme to help you get to grips with the job.
