Your New Role...
Warner Bros Discovery's international advertising network contributes to the commercial development of its various platforms through the sale and delivery of multi-country communication solutions designed to promote our partners' brands: TV, digital and social network advertising, content production, event organization, etc.
Each sales division is responsible for creating commercial partnerships with advertisers/customers in the territories of their zones.
As a Linear Ad Operations Planner, your focus will be on the Eurosport linear channels, covering the major sports events such as the Olympics, the Tennis Grand Slams or the Cycling Grand Tours. You will be at the front desk to assist sales with their Pan-European and Local campaigns and optimize the inventory on the big events.
Your Role Accountabilities...
TV Ad Planner (70%)
* Reception of inventory requests from international sales reps for key TV events: Olympics, Grand Slams of Tennis, Grand Tours of Cycling, etc
* Check and validation of the availability of this advertising space in all markets (Pan, local) and requested sport events.
* Helping the Sales teams on building media plans
* Monitoring of the commercial inventory sold and in prospect on Eurosport.
* Coordination and optimization of all advertising spots and sponsoring during key TV events broadcasted on Eurosport.
* Collaborating with sales, scheduling and editorial teams to ensure the TV campaigns delivery.
Ad Sales Reconciliation (30%)
* Consolidation of post-broadcasted programs
* Updates due to editorial changes
* Updating new editorial rules into the process
* Creation of presentations about the TV advertising inventory
Qualifications & Experiences...
* Business school graduate or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience
* Fluent in English and French
* A keen interest in media, advertising and sports
* You have a very good command of the Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite)
* Adaptability to work within a multi-faceted role supporting both ad planning and reconciliation
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
