In a context of strong growth, BBL Transport, a fully-owned subsidiary of the BBL Group, continues its development plan by creating the position of Operational Performance Controller.
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating, measuring, and analyzing the profitability of activities and proposing necessary actions to improve economic performance to decision-makers (CEO, Directors/Agency and Service Managers).
To this end, your tasks will include:
1. Develop productivity indicators for all activities (Operations, Sales, Customs, etc.) to guide managers (daily, weekly, monthly)
2. Monitor client profitability: Implement profitability analysis templates for clients and provide repricing recommendations
3. Produce analysis reports on the elements and their changes in the agency’s operating account
4. Implement procedures for optimizing and managing the flow of financial information
5. Identify risks and determine corrective actions
6. Prepare a budget and monitor its execution
7. Raise awareness among managers about trends and advise them effectively to make operational management decisions

YOUR PROFILE INTERESTS US

* Higher education degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in finance
* At least 3 years of experience in management control
* Proficiency in office and communication tools
