Lagardère Travel Retail est l'un des leaders mondiaux du Travel Retail, au service des passagers dans les aéroports, les gares et autres concessions dans 42 pays. L'une des deux divisions du groupe Lagardère, Lagardère Travel Retail répond aux besoins des passagers et des concédants de façon holistique à travers un réseau de plus de 5 000 points de vente Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion et Foodservice. Le groupe a établi une feuille de route RSE ambitieuse, nommée PEPS (Planet.Ethics.People.Social), afin de contribuer à la construction d'une industrie plus durable. En 2023, Lagardère Travel Retail a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 6.6 milliards d'Euros.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure financial control (monthly closings, budget exercises and 3-year plan, reforecast exercise during the year) for a dedicated scope of countries in the America region (North America, Peru, and Chile)
Propose solutions to continuously improve the reporting process (construction methodology, reporting support and storyline) and for the analysis of all relevant performance indicators.
Understanding and appreciation of the business in the different countries under supervision, their markets, dynamics, and competitive environment
Manage financial analysis of strategic projects for the scope (business development, reorganisation, etc.) and make recommendations. Review and challenge BP tenders provided by countries in a very dynamic market with many BD opportunities.
Ensure the communication between Corporate teams and subsidiaries. Report on local issues by ensuring smooth communication with local CFOs.
Work closely with the America COO and act as point of contact in the subsidiaries by supporting operational teams in their strategic approach.
Participate in transversal projects to improve financial performance (Leap, cash control, etc.) and operational efficiency (IT projects, office transformation, etc.)
DETAILS :
Coordinate and support subsidiaries for which he/she is responsible in the preparation and monitoring of their budgets and 5-year plan. Report the risks and opportunities present in these forecasts to the Lagardère Travel Retail Executive Committee
Produce financial studies and make recommendations to the Lagardère Travel Retail Executive Committee about specific projects (company takeovers, investment projects, market analyses, valuation reviews, establishment of business models, etc.)
Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Ensure compliance with financial procedures,
Make suggestions on the business developed by the subsidiaries and their scope of activities,
Assist and support the America COO on the financial and business issues of the subsidiaries he/she supervises, including recommendations and advice.
Interact with all other departments/persons in the Corporate Finance team (Group LTR CFO, IBP, BD, Treasury, Consolidation, etc.) and other departments (Transformation Office, Business Lines) PROFILE Education requirements Master's degree in business or engineering Professional experience
5 years of professional experience in audit / transactions services / corporate or business controlling
Interest in the retail sector Status : Executive
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Soft skills :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, consultancy posture (in relation with operational teams and executives). IT is important to find the right positioning / approach depending on country.

Technical skills :
Fluent in English ((both written and oral, day to day working language) and in Spanish (ideally)
Proficient with Microsoft Office and with IT systems

Position based in Levallois with 2 days of home-office per week possible.
