Rattaché à la Direction Avantor Services, le technicien SAV assure la maintenance des matériels installés chez ses clients.

Vos responsabilités

1. Soutenir les techniciens dans la prise en charge des activités de maintenance sur les différents sites clients (préventives, curatives…) dans le respect des délais négociés, depuis l’établissement du devis au retour du matériel après intervention en passant par la réparation en propre

2. Garantir la bonne application des procédures et veiller à la conformité des documents techniques, tout en proposant les améliorations jugées nécessaires

3. Contribuer à la rédaction des rapports d’activité et les transmettre aux bons interlocuteurs internes : hiérarchie, Marketing, Support Technique…

4. Assurer le suivi des contrats de maintenance et, quand possible, en proposer de nouveaux (support téléphonique, relances, facturation…)

5. Contribuer à la bonne organisation du service dans ses locaux de Rosny-sous-Bois (93)

Ce que vous apportez

6. Vous préparez un Bac +2 dans les domaines de l’electrotechnique, ou métrologie ou mesures physiques.

7. Vous êtes capable de rédiger des documents type : Qualification Installation, Qualification Opérationnelle, Qualification Performance…

8. Vous connaissez les outils informatiques, le milieu du laboratoire et les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication associées

9. Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes : autonomie, rigueur, sens du relationnel, orientation clientèle et esprit d’équipe

10. Vous parlez idéalement l’anglais à un niveau B2 minimum
