Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profonds transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé :

1. D'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE.
2. De massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en oeuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?

As a Program QA Lead, you will BE responsible to define, promote and manage the TechCARE solutions test strategy/plan and efficiently coordinate and track the testing activities, in close collaboration with the QA Leads of the involved IT domains.

For several solution rollouts, you will lead the integration and end-to-end testing activities (analysis, design, implementation, execution, test reporting) across the IT domains and define test projects plan and strategy with the project management team and the Key stakeholders.
You will also recognize when test automation is appropriate, and work closely with the Test Automation Lead to plan the effort, and ensure training of the team.
You will BE responsible for reporting on the test progress, delivering quality status and test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
You will bring expertise in testing, quality assurance, business analysis, team management, security and knowledge of latest trends in the testing domain.

Responsibilities include:
1. Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements and constraints of the project.
2. Mobilize and manage various stakeholders, ranging from Business users to technical ones.
3. Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
4. Define the test strategy to BE applied based on the best practices and project specificities.
5. Develop the test plan, identify dependencies and resources required to run a test phase.
6. Test and/or coordinate testing across product lines to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
7. Ensure content and structure of all testing documents/artifacts is documented and maintained.
8. Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per the standards defined by the organization.
9. Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders.
10. Prepare/update metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
11. Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
12. Drive vendor/consultant testing & QA team to execute testing and QA activities for parallel delivery streams and monitor their status and progress.
13. Collaborate with the RUN teams on incidents root cause analysis to improve continuously the test referential.

Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?

+10 years of experience as test lead or test manager on IT projects of several nature (ERP, CRM, Custom Software) and preferably in Salesforce and Microsoft D365 ERP.
Experience in setting up/implementing testing and quality assurance standards and operating model.
Proven strong knowledge of system, E2E, and UAT testing best practices and methodologies.
Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software like Jira/Xray, Cucumber, Selenium, qTest, Tosca.
Proven knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Status presentation/reporting.
Tool know how: Jira, Confluence, XRAY, Selenium, Tosca, qTest, Postman, SOAPUI, REST Assured.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Qualifications Essential:
1. Advanced University Degree in information systems management, computer, engineering or a related field or an equivalent and relevant work experience.
2. ISTQB Test Manager, ISTQB Agile Tester certifications or equivalent experience in testing, quality assurance and test management.
3. Strong client/stakeholders' management/leadership, dynamic and self-motivated.
4. Collaborative, at-ease in a 'lead by influence' context - Ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
5. Hands-on, pragmatic.
6. Fluent in English and French, written and oral.
