Vos missions
You will be involved in the Build and Run phases :
* Contribute to the RFP on matters related to service commitments, profitability, governance
* Senior Supplier and provide functional management to the project(s)
* Setup the customer and internal governance
* Run the customer governance and the internal governance.
* Accountable for contract profitability.
* Entry point for customer-initiated new service demands. Dispatch the requests to the relevant processes and validate the related offers. Accountable for financial discussion with the Customer.
* Responsible for the resources assigned to the customer account. Validate spending and "Demande d'achat" for the related customer cost center.
* Oversee delivery activities – Service Delivery and relationship with third parties in case of sub-outsourcing.
* Govern major risks and issues and ensure the implementation of audit remediation plans or corrective measures, within the committed timeline.
* Participate to the presentation of new business development/service offerings to the customer.
* Contract owner. Validate modifications and amendments to the contract.
* Prepare the renewal negotiation and validate changes to service scope or profitability
Votre profil
* Hold a Master's degree with a specialization in project management, and have at least ten years' experience in the relevant field.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Project management skills (Prince2 methodology, PMP, etc.)
* Fluency in French, English and Luxembourgish
Niveau d'étude : Bac +5
Expérience professionnelle : 7-10 ans
