Software engineer sunbelt (h/f)

Les Infrastructures, les études et le pôle Recrutement.
Bluteams est à l'écoute de ses clients Grands Comptes du CAC 40 ou SBF 120, en particulier dans les secteurs de la Banque / Assurance, de l'Energie, des Télécoms et des services.
Bluteams leur apporte proximité et réactivité en mode engagement de résultats en particulier pour leurs infogérances, ou en mode assistance technique en particulier dans leurs pôles d'expertise et/ou Direction Technique.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER : SUNBELT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating in an agile environment.
Participating in the design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of technical solutions.
Providing technical support for associated business services.
Driving continuous improvement and modernization initiatives for existing tools and processes.
Becoming a technical expert on specific features or modules in the context of a long-term engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong proficiency in procedural programming.
Hands-on experience with non-relational databases.
Ability to mentor and upskill other developers (e.g., code reviews, pair programming).
End-to-end understanding of the software development process, with the ability to justify and defend architectural decisions.
Interest in complex business systems and domains.
Collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work with other teams to enhance existing systems and processes.
Familiarity with object-oriented, functional programming, or modern technologies (e.g., APIs, event-driven architectures).
SKILLS
Back-End Skills
Experience with event-driven or streaming-based systems.
Knowledge of API design and management.
Proficiency in advanced programming paradigms, such as functional programming.
Practical experience with modern, non-relational databases.
Front-End Skills
Expertise in designing and implementing user interface components with modern frameworks.
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to integrate designs from UI/UX tools and consume REST APIs.
Tools and Best Practices
Familiarity with deployment and monitoring tools (CI/CD, monitoring platforms).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and data exchange standards (e.g., JSON).
