Mission Details :
Arkema is looking for a European Sales Manager Resins Markets, on a permanent contract, based in France (head office in Colombes or eventually in home office) or in Italy (home office).
Job size :
You will report to the Director of Business Home Care, Industry and Resin.
Main missions :
You will BE in charge of the sales of our range of polyols and specialty surfactants on the resin markets (coating customers, adhesives, etc.) for France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and MEA.
You are a Key Account Manager for resins customers with direct responsibility for European sales and coordination outside Europe.
You are in charge of all our markets in Italy.
You are therefore responsible for sales, margins, business development with the BDM, the reliability of sales forecasts, customer collection and customer satisfaction.
You will work with many interfaces : customers, back office, Supply Chain, Sales Director, Business developers, Product Managers, Legal and the Credit department.
Profil Recherché
Desired profile
You are a graduate of an engineering school (or equivalent) with a specialization in sales or negotiation.
Profile : Technical background with commercial experience or willingness to develop commercial skills or if pure commercial profile with solid experience in the markets and applications targeted.
You have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a similar or technical sales position, preferably with a market player (surfactant/polyols producer or formulator).
You have a strong sales background and a good understanding of marketing.
You have technical knowledge of the targeted markets and applications and/or knowledge of specialty surfactants/polyols.
You are rigorous, you are able to negotiate in an international environment, and you listen to customers.
You are a team player, you are autonomous and open-minded. You are fluent in French, Italian and English.
