HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
POSITION
As Head of Corporate Communication, reporting to the Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, you ensure to lead and execute strategic communication initiatives that enhance our corporate image.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Corporate Media Relations
* Define and implement a strategy for corporate communications
* Establish and maintain a network of key journalists in B2B and B2C titles
* Develop corporate storytelling on company strategy and Savoir-Faire
* Manage media requests and inquiries
* Conduct proactive media outreach (earned and paid)
* Draft press materials and management briefings
* Plan and organize press events
* Drive local communication agency in Italy
* Perform media monitoring and press reviews
Crisis Communication
* Monitor and mitigate emerging sensitive topics
* Be the driving force in establishing a communication strategy
* Draft internal and external statements
Public Relations
* Strengthening positive relationships with LVMH, Maisons, and other external stakeholders
* Collaborate with the LVMH press department
* Align with Maison communication directions on joint communications
Corporate Events
* Organize corporate events such as conferences, internal meetings, and the Venice Film Festival.
* Oversee the image aspects of commercial and internal events
Internal Communication
* Support and/or collaborate with Human Resources on employer branding, internal initiatives, or announcements
* Support the development of communication across various functions within the organization. Provide clear guidelines and strategic directions to ensure cohesive and effective communication practices throughout the company
* Animate SharePoint through content creation
* Organize and animate internal town halls with top management
Website & Social Media
* Manage the Corporate Website and LinkedIn, including monitoring and content development
Communication Tools
* Provide and update company presentations, templates, imagery, and videos
* Validate every use of the company logo on various supports (e.g., goodies, external references)
Sustainability Communication
* Validate claims and build up Thélios’ reputation on sustainability topics
PROFIL
Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political sciences, or business.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of communication (agency, in-house or public sector)
* Proficiency in English is compulsory; Italian and French are strongly preferred
* Strong writing skills and editorial affinity
* Strong transversal leadership skills, people management, and autonomy
* Sensibility for the luxury and/or fashion industry
