We’re looking for a legal intern to join our in-house legal team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our corporate Legal Counsel, supporting the legal team across a wide range of topics including corporate law, compliance, HR matters, and cross-functional legal projects.
This is ideal for someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
What You'll Do:
* Provide corporate support to the French and foreign entities of the Pigment group, handling the day-to-day corporate activities, corporate governance issues, implementation and follow-up of incentive mechanisms for employees (equity schemes) in all our entities, corporate support to the Pigment group entities (organization of shareholders’ and board meetings, update of the share transfer registers and capitalization table, etc.);
* Support ongoing compliance projects (CSRD reporting/ESG, Sapin II, GDPR and data privacy issues);
* Work closely with many teams across Pigment and participate in cross-functional projects;
* Help to keep a legal watch on legislations and regulations and analyze its impact on the business of the Pigment group entities;
* More generally assist in the daily activities of Pigment’s legal team.
Who You Are:
* Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Law or attending a Bar School/Law School.
* Previous internship experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
* You have a curious mindset, strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and a strong interest in corporate issues.
* Full proficiency in French and English. You will interact daily in the English language.
