About the role
The Security Officer is responsible for the overall security of the facility, and reports to the Assistant Security Manager and the Security Director. He/She is capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and is proactive, creative and a team player. The Security Officer is proficient in the use of IT, remote surveillance and physical systems to protect people and property.
What you will do
* Discipline, availability, sense of service and discretion
* Maintain a permanent presence at the security station (day and night if necessary).
* Follow and enforce safety rules concerning people and property on the premises. Ensure the proper operation of fire protection equipment by carrying out inspection rounds.
* Organize rounds to prevent and detect fire hazards, including in unoccupied premises (at night). Ensure that hotel exits and entrances are kept clear day and night.
* Enforce fire regulations and direct rescue efforts until the fire department arrives. Intervene according to instructions received.
* Prevents the entry of undesirable elements likely to disrupt the hotel's activities and limit the risk of theft or damage by his or her attentive presence. Ensure that the hotel's exits and entrances are kept clear day and night.

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. The Certificate Carte Professionelle is required.
