Spécialiste junior appel d’offre et chargement programme hôtel

Nous recherchons un spécialiste junior d'appel d'offre et chargement de programme hôtel désireux de coordonner et exécuter efficacement ces processus pour nos clients.


Vos missions:


* Gestion des appels d‘offres des programmes hôtels de nos clients société
* Gestion et suivi du référencement et chargement des tarifs négociés des programmes hôtels
* Analyse et traitement des données clients
* Réalisation d’audits tarifaires sur les différents outils clients
* Gestion des intégrations des hôtels Global Distribution System (GDS) et Non-GDS
* Gestion des remontées clients et suivi des appel d'offre en suspend
* Mise à jour et paramétrage de la base de données contenu hôtel
* Utilisation des Global Distribution System (GDS Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport)
* Participation à des rendez-vous clients
* Agir en tant qu'expert et point de contact interne et externe pour les employés, les clients, les hôtels et pour toute question liée aux appels d'offres et chargement des tarifs négociés.


Profil requis:


* Diplôme universitaire en tourisme ou en commerce.
* 2 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de gestion comparable.
* Aptitude à mener des négociations commerciales. La connaissance de l'industrie touristique et de la distribution électronique sera un atout.
* Capacité d'organisation et de communication ainsi qu'un haut niveau d'initiative et d'enthousiasme.
* Capacité d’adaptation rapide et forte compétence d’analyse de données.
* Bonne connaissance pratique de MS Office (en particulier Excel et PowerPoint).
* Maitrise des outils RFPs (Cvent Lanyon) est un plus.
* Connaissance des GDS, PMS, Channel Managers.
* Capacité à planifier votre travail et à rester concentré sur les tâches routinières.
* Sens des responsabilités, précision et fiabilité.
* Français (langue maternelle), Anglais au niveau B2 minimum.

Contracting and RFP Junior Specialist


We are an extraordinary mix of travel industry experts, product, and software engineers, developing a successful online booking tool for corporations and large organizations. Today, as a part of the sector leader CDS Groupe, we support 500k+ business users making thousands of bookings a day.

We are seeking a contracting and RFP Junior Specialist keen to coordinate and efficiently execute hotel bidding process and loading negotiated rates for our clients.


Missions:


* Management of RFP for hotel programs from our corporate clients.
* Management and monitoring of referencing and loading of negotiated rates for hotel programs.
* Analysis and processing of customer data.
* Carrying out pricing audits on the various customer tools
* Dealing with raised issues and follow up on pending calls for RFPs.
* Management of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Non-GDS hotel integrations.
* Handling customer complaints.
* Participation in customer meetings.
* Updating and configuring the hotel content database.
* Use of Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
* Act as an expert and internal and external point of contact for employees, customers, hotels and for any questions related to RFP and loading of negotiated rates.


Skills and experience required:


* University degree in tourism or commerce
* 2 years of experience in a comparable management function
* Ability to conduct commercial negotiations. Knowledge of the tourism industry and electronic distribution will be an asset
* Organizational and communication skills as well as a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
* Ability to adapt quickly and strong data analysis skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of RFPs tools (Cvent Lanyon) and Channel Managers would be an asset
* Knowledge of GDS, PMS, Channel Managers
* French min. C2
* English min. B2
