- Knowledge and experience with immigration and employment law in France.
- Experienced and comfortable managing a broad type of employment contracts - from permanent CDIs to EORs (Deel) to independent contractors/freelancers.
- Getting the most value from People tools and systems, e.g. Deel, Hibob, Travelperk and more - finding creative ways to automate low-value tasks.
- Handle our benefits, like Alan health insurance, Moka Care and ClassPass, and make sure your colleagues know how to use and get the most out of them.- Support on maintaining our global internal employee handbook.- Handle the onboarding/offboarding of new comers/people who leave : manage and purchase IT equipment, perform administrative onboarding/offboarding & own the onboarding coordination to make new comers feel welcome and set them up for success.
€40-55k* + Stock-Options/BSPCE.Remote across Europe and North America, but we also have an awesome office in Paris. For this role, we would value someone able to come into the office at least a couple of days a week on average.Substantial support for relocation (up to 10K€), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.We currently sponsor visas for individuals relocating to France or already based here.
