HM.CLAUSE is recruiting a Project Portfolio Manager who report directly to the CEO.
You provide high-level operational support to CEO office in strategy development through long-range plans.
You consolidate functional and regional long-range plans including strategic objectives, outcomes and related KPI. You design and implement system to monitor long-range plan progress.
You support leadership team in monitoring the scope, quality, schedule, and cost of the strategic portfolio of projects, including working with directors and project leads to review and assure delivery of all major strategy and project deliverables and milestones.
You control the project implementation by establishing prioritization on the planning, launch and execution of the portfolio of strategic projects.
You communicate & cooperate widely across the organization and coordinates broader operational initiatives.
You develop and deploy common project management methodology, processes, tools, and training across the business.
Finally, you will create and lead a network of ambassadors of project management at HM. CLAUSE.
The position can be based in France, in Portes-les-Valence, or in the United States, in Davis.
Vos Missions
Your main tasks will involve
1) Strategic planning
1. Support CEO in designing the strategy & its implementation process.
2. Support the GST in translating the strategic objectives into long range plans with timeline, milestones and KPI’s.
3. Design and implement a methodology for prioritizing strategic objectives, reviewing, and adjusting the long-range plans over time.
4. Support bi-annual reporting to the GST.
5. Support CEO in preparing budget planning and implement new business review process
6. Lead the cross-functional budget review and alignment to connect business priorities and growth opportunities with BU investment strategy.
7. Lead strategic projects and support Global Strategy team to design and implement strategic projects to fuel long-term growth
8. Liaise with the LVS Business line and its Business Units.
2) Project Management
9. Develop and deploy project management methodology, standard processes, stage gate process with decision criteria and guidelines to include projects in the portfolio of global projects. Develop project management tool kit across the business.
10. Manage Global Strategic Team Project Portfolio. Develop and execute optimal governance process to ensure alignment between project portfolio and strategic objectives.
11. Organize regular strategic project portfolio updates and reporting.
12. Lead Ad-hoc projects assigned by the CEO’s office and supporting the business.
3) Analytics and Business performance
13. Partner with GST to monitor KPI’s associated with BU annual objectives and synthesize periodic status reports on objective progress.
Compétences : ce que nous attendons de vous
You have a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience in project portfolio management.
You are recognized for your experience in developing project management methodology and managing a community of project managers.You are also recognized for your strong financial management and analytical skills.
Ideally, you will have initial experience and knowledge of seed business processes.
You are customer-focused and problem-solving, with an excellent ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks.
You are able to deal independently with issues/projects raised by CEO's and Global Strategy Team.
You demonstrate strong leadership in driving solution development and project execution, with the ability to navigate complex contexts and manage projects within a matrix organization.
