Le candidat retenu rejoindra le département TASMA-TL1.
Dans le cadre de l'Airbus A400M Global Support (contrat PBL incluant les flottes Espagne, France, BELUX et UK)
Rôle du MSSR :
· Le MSSR est le point focal central pour toutes les questions liées aux services de support matériel sur le site du client. En tant que tel, le MSSR doit toujours être en mesure de fournir le niveau de services le plus élevé possible et de répondre et résoudre toutes les exigences et besoins du client liés au support matériel.
· Le MSSR est intégré au Airbus Support Center, il garantit la performance matérielle contractuelle liée aux services de maintenance. Il est responsable de la surveillance du matériel nécessaire pour garantir la flotte et la disponibilité du matériel, anticiper les pièces de rechange et informer à la fois le client et le Centre de Support.
· Le MSSR prendra en charge les demandes de matériel des clients pour d’autres contrats : AGE, CA60, Maturité, Support de flotte, rétrofit, etc.
Principales activités :
* Prendre en charge la fourniture du service de disponibilité des pièces de rechange pour les contrats de support en service avec le client
* Fournir des résultats dans le cadre d’une organisation au sein des services clients ADS qui fournit la solution de disponibilité des pièces de rechange et les services d’optimisation des stocks.
* Aider le gestionnaire de contrat à garantir que des bénéfices sont réalisés pour l’entreprise, au lieu de pénalités dues à l’indisponibilité materielles associées à chaque contrat.
* Veiller à minimizer les écarts, à anticiper les pièces de rechange, à éviter le transport AOG, etc.
* Maintenir et augmenter la satisfaction du client
* Garantir les livrables de support matériel au client en termes de qualité, de respect des délais, et des couts en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les services internes et la filiale locale.
Votre profil :
* 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle minimum
* Expertise technique liée au poste : prestation matérielle, chaine d’approvisionnement, gestion de projet, gestion de données
* Niveau d’anglais et français avancé exigé
* Expérience de travail avec l’Armée de l’Air souhaité ou autre institution
Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

A vacancy for A400M Global Support Material Support Service Representative (MSSR) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space located at French Air Force A400M MRO in Clermont-Ferrand (France). The successful applicant will join TASMA-TL1 department.
In the frame of Airbus A400M Global Support (PBL contract including Spain, France, BELUX and UK fleets):
A. The MSSR is the central focal point for all matters related to Material Support Services at the customer’s site. As such, the MSSR should always be in the position to provide the highest possible level of Services and respond to and solve (when possible) all the customer´s requirements and needs related to Material Support. The MSSR is integrated in the Airbus Support Centre
B. The MSSR ensures that the contractual material performance related to maintenance services is achieved, locally at the Main Operating Base, by the MRO and in deployments off-MOB.
C. The MSSR is responsible for the surveillance of the materials needed to guarantee the fleet and material availability, anticipate the spares needed and inform both, the customer and the Support Centre.
D. The MSSR will be responsible to manage all operational activities related to Repairs, Spares, Transportation, Warehousing, Quality and Export Control.
E. The MSSR will align with the other MSSRs at the different Global Support customers locations in order to fulfil the global requirements.
F. The MSSR will support the delivery/reception of IPLs.
G. The MSSR will support customer material requests for other contracts: AGEs, CA60, Maturity, Fleet Support, Retrofit,...
Task & accountabilities:
A. The jobholder supports the delivery of Spares Availability Service for In Service Support contracts with customers, as per advanced context of Performance Based Logistics programs and in line with the contractual requirements budget constraints of each contract in place.
B. The jobholder delivers results as part of an organisation within ADS Customer Services, that provides the solution of the spares availability and the inventory optimisation services.
C. The Jobholder contributes to the Customers’ fleet availability and support the contract manager to ensures profit is achieved for the Company, instead of penalties due to material unavailability as associated to each contract.
D. The jobholder ensures the minimisation of discrepancies, anticipation of spare needed, avoidance of AOG transportation and any daily operative issue that improve the fleet operation.
E. The jobholder must increase and maintain the customer satisfaction.
F. The jobholder will work according to the Services Program Directive, guarantying relevant stakeholders buy-in in the development of the support service customised solutions.
G. The jobholder ensures Material Support deliverables to Customer On Quality, On Time, On Cost, working closely with internal areas and local Subsidiary.
H. The jobholder will contribute to the Reports on Material Services for the follow-up meetings with internal and external Customers (monthly Program Review Meeting, monthly meeting with OCCAR/Customer/Program Office, monthly Financial meeting and other internal regular ones) to provide visibility on Material Services performance per Contract.
Required skills :
Master degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire skills and knowledge of:

* Supply Chain
* Project management
* Data management
