We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Standards & Operational Monitoring and Network Animation Support Manager to join our team in Paris, France. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of cross-functional activities, overseeing operational standards, monitoring processes, and providing crucial support to our network.
* Manage and monitor site contracts, including planning renewals, responding to supplier or aparthotel requests, and updating information
* Maintain and update the operational database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information
* Process orders and provide administrative support for department projects and deployments
* Handle support requests related to standards, products, listings, and purchasing from aparthotel teams, internal experts, and partner organisations
* Qualify incoming requests, process level 1 queries, and escalate complex issues to appropriate experts or service providers
* Update operational documentation, including processes, standard guides, and purchasing books
* Analyse support requests and contribute to the continuous improvement process
* Participate in network animation activities for France & Europe, including agenda setting and writing operational bulletins
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards across the network
* Generate reports on support activities and present findings in team meetings
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in operational monitoring, support roles, or hospitality management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
* Knowledge of hospitality management systems such as FOLS and Opera Cloud (preferred)
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools as required (e.g., GASPAR, Astore)
* Fluency in English, both oral and written, with proficiency in another language being advantageous
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
* Experience in purchasing management and network animation
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong writing skills for creating clear and concise operational documentation
* Rigour, versatility, and agility in approach to work
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
* Collaborative spirit with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams
