Description du poste

Operations:
1. Ensure pick-ups and deliveries are completed timely
2. Ensure smooth and timely files creation in Expeditors system
3. Ensure smooth communication with import carriers and Service Providers
4. Ensure smooth and timely booking with export carriers and Service Providers
5. Prepare various documents for international transportation.
6. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, including reviewing the data
7. Review the ECS exit notification and communicate with the carriers
8. Interact with our customers in arranging their international import shipments, meeting customer service standards.
9. Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies / requirements.
10. Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
11. Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP.
12. Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures.
13. Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction
14. Overseas communications (Network and Customs Brokers).
15. Review the workboard import and export
16. Make sure that the inventory is verified each week and send to the customer
17. Make sure that the declaration échange de bien is declared as per custom KPI into pro douane and send to the customer
Support the Manager in the following areas:
18. Audit files and work with the team on meeting operating process standards
19. Build and maintaining strong relationships with vendors (Airlines, Handling Agents, Trucking Companies, and others) and customers.
20. Improve the process with Manager
21. Assist the manager in timely responding to requests for information

Qualifications
Knowledge:
28. Expeditors company policies and procedures knowledge
29. A good understanding of Expeditors’ products, services and systems
Skills:
30. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
31. Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.).
32. Fluent in English
