The Commercial Excellence aims at improving Arkema's overall commercial performance by providing its commercial population with an organization, and training to achieve the compagany's growth objectives.
Under the responsibility of the Commercial Performance Manager and in collaboration with the Data Manager, you will :
Support for Key Account Management ans Strategic Monitoring :
- Support key account managers (KAM, GKAM)
- Assist in preparing top management meetings
- Update summary sheets on major players in the chemical related industry, develop monitoring tools concerning economic, industrial, CSR points, etc.
- Identify tools that can facilitate automatic analysis of companies' annuel reports
- Identify BUs with data that can BE shared, and link with new AI tools for analysis (KBcrawl)
Management of Arkema's Market Tree :
- Become the "guardian" of Arkema's market tree. Amend IT according to the wishes of the Bus. Organize workshops for the integration of the market trees from recent acquisitions.
- Ensure that market information in the BI (Business Intelligence) is correct, identify erros, and propose corrections.
- Deployment and support for cross-functional initatives in major markets.
Support for Reporting and Project Management :
- Reporting for Business Units
- Preparation of Awards
- Customer Satisfaction Survey (Voice Of Customers 2025)
- Creation of training modules specific to Arkema aimed at educating a population on an identified theme
- Assistance in project management
Profil Recherché
- Intership (6 months) for a Specialized Master's (Bac +6), end-of-studies (Bac +5)
- Engineering or business studies (Bachelor's/Master)
- Language skills : Fluent English (C1) and proficiency in French (B2)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required (knowledge of Power BI would BE a plus)
- Understanding of financial analyses
- Analytical, synthesis, organizational skills, prioritization, and innovation
- Autonomy and self-motivation, open-mindedness, adaptability to different mentalities, and communicative
- Comfortable delivering training to different user profiles (finance, business)
