Role Overview :
Are you ready to kickstart your career in financial system administration? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAP BFC Administrator Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting daily operations and optimizing our financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities :
Operational Support:
* Execute operational tasks related to SAP FC (Finance+, Bird, and Lease), including preparing the reporting environment for closing periods.
* Manage user access in accordance with internal procedures and audit requirements.
* Provide user support for SAP FC (Finance+, Bird, Lease) and FIM tools, collaborating with stakeholders such as subsidiaries, consolidation, controlling, risk management, actuaries, and audit teams.
Change Management:
* Participate in managing change requests for SAP FC (Finance+, Bird, Lease) and FIM tools using Agile methodologies, including conducting business needs analysis, performing testing, and ensuring documentation is maintained.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
* Maintain accurate and current documentation of applications and processes.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to implementing best practices.
Profile:
We are looking for candidates with initial experience in accounting or finance who are pursuing a 1 or 2-year master's level apprenticeship, such as a MIAGE Master's degree, ESC, IAE, or a Master in Information Systems and Management Control (audit, controlling, system). Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory. The apprenticeship schedule involves ideally 3 weeks at the company and 1 week at school.
Qualifications:
* Experience in SAP FC system administration, SQL, or Power BI is advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Basic knowledge of financial accounting and consolidation.
