Work closely with the solution design, business development and operations teams to create customised logistics solutions.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on market developments.
Provide market insights and client feedback to help shape service offerings and long-term business strategies.
Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Monitor KPIs and sales targets, adjusting as necessary to meet company goals.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and technologies in the logistics industry.
Promote innovation in logistics services, working with internal teams to adapt offerings to meet evolving client needs.
