Responsibilities:
Please note: the work location for the role is Normandy area, France.
* To manage sales through the network of distribution partners in the assigned territory (Normandy) in order to achieve sales
objectives and targets by understanding both the specificities of the local market and local organizational resources.
* Monitor the management of the product portfolio, which must result in a constant improvement in customer
coverage by proposing the best product mix.
Organize/attend meetings and events with distribution partners and end-users.
* Support channel partner sales teams in their efforts to increase sales of MSA products.
Approximately 75% of time to be allocated to business travel within assigned territory (Normandy)
How is this achieved / Key performance indicators?
Generate new business opportunities through meetings with end-customers by determining their needs and expectations and recommending MSA solutions tailored to their requirements.
* Focus on efficient use of resources to achieve high performance
* Regularly monitor the results of sales activities
* Support Sales Manager to proactively manage distribution partner agreements that will increase MSA customer share, while supporting distribution partners' market development plans
* Monitor competitors for information on market size and trends
* Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director within MSA to capitalize on available marketing programs and apply them across the territory
* Implement local demand creation programs leading to increased MSA brand awareness and safety awareness
* Provide accurate and up-to-date feedback through the Salesforce tool to enable accurate sales forecasts.
* Provide feedback to management using the processes put in place for the entire sales team.
Qualifications:
Experience (required) :
* 3-5 years' experience in PPE and Sales or category 3 PPE sales,
* French
* Fluency in English is a must.
* University degree in economics or engineering,
* Knowledge of Office, Teams
Experience (preferred) :
* 3 years' experience in managing end-users and relations with distribution partners,
* Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
* Business travel:
* Estimated business travel time is 75% of working time.
