We are looking for a Diversity, Culture, and Employee Experience (DCE) Manager to lead the deployment of our global initiatives in diversity, corporate culture, and employee experience. This role also involves close collaboration with key stakeholders in France, as well as the development of skills and awareness at the local level.


Diversity Equity & Inclusion:

* Lead, integrate, and sustain best practices to implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Ensure the success of the “One Million Conversations” initiative and coordinate the “NextGenerations” scholarship program.


Culture:

* In collaboration with local leadership, implement the corporate culture plan and participate in a global culture network.
* Ensure tracking measures are integrated into the global system and share local best practices.


Employee Experience:

* Be trained in the application of the 7-6-5 model for local changes to processes.
* Work with the local communication team to ensure message alignment.


About you

* Think strategically with a data-driven mindset.
* Deep understanding of issues in diversity, culture, and employee experience.
* Expertise in best inclusion practices for underrepresented groups.
* High level of self-awareness, empathy, and confidentiality.
* Operational experience in Human Resources is a plus.
* Fluent in English and French.
