For our client based in Monaco we are looking for a CORPORATE PARALEGAL OFFICER

Your direct report is the general councel and your main missions as follow :
- In charge of administrative matters for corporate governance
- Support domestic and foreign entities registrations, maintenance and company resolutions
- Routine corporate filings with government entities and external third parties
- Manages the Department's records management tools
- Improve department processes
- Interface between the Treasury department and stakeholders for the provision of KYC documentation to banks
