As part of the development of its activities the ADENES group intends to establish an office.
We are looking for an IT Manager who will oversee Developers and Lead Developers.
You will join a team of field professionals, supported by operational teams. Your passion for client relations and human interaction will BE key to your success.
You are dedicated to supporting policyholders in resolving their claims while maintaining positive relationships that ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Innovation & IT Projects Department, within the Group's IT division, your role is to ensure that the projects you lead meet the needs and challenges of the business units and deliver the added value expected by the company.
Your missions :
- Lead developers, lead developers, and other technical team members.
- Foster collaboration and ensure effective task distribution.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members' performance.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT projects.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Manage priorities and resolve potential roadblocks.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and other company departments.
- Regularly communicate project progress and results.
- Provide technical support when needed for internal users.
You will play a key role in aligning technology with the company's strategy and goals. They must possess strong technical skills, excellent management abilities, and effective leadership and communication skills.
Within the IT department, we implement the AGILE methodology using SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks. Our production and work environment is fully Microsoft-based, utilizing Azure DEVOPS and Azure Functions.
