The OES Account Manager, within the frame of the delegation of authority specified for this position and within the objectives which are assigned, has to provide the Customer account leadership through the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage OE Legacy products portfolio all over the different steps of AS parts life cycle, from new Parts creation until end of life, including Serial life, EOP life price adjustments. RMPI and inflation.
- For OES specifics and Accessories, identify customer demand and create preference for VALEO Service products and services through relevant strategies, pricing management, marketing programs
- Support VS OES Logistic department to achieve excellence in operation and deliveries.
- Manage internal stakeholders by building close co-management with Industrial Organisations.
- Assure IAM access for the Customer perimeter of products.
OES Account Manager Responsibilities
OES Account Manager has to :
- Assure regular meetings with Purchasing, Marketing, Logistic or other customer's relevant departments.
- Identify and manage the relevant projects to assure all opportunities and achievements for sales and profitability growth in terms of range of products (including innovations and trading), services and regional expansion.
- Define and manage the commercial/promotional activities to support the customer's growth.
- Build a strategic MTP and budget to capture more/new businesses and increase profitability.
- Maintain a monitoring system in order to analyse each product profitability and to clean the portfolio.
- Track the performance in terms of sales, profitability and logistics.
- Liaise with the relevant Industrial organisation to take into account part specificities, agree on strategies and implement necessary corrective action plans to address any commercial or operation issue with the customer.
- Feed the Team with information regarding market figures (Customers and vehicles).
