Construction manager

A leading international company specializing in serviced offices is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join its team in Paris.


The candidate must reside in Paris area and must speak French at a fluent level and be proficient in English.


In this field role you will collaborate closely with the contractors, partners and all stakeholders involved in delivering a project on time, on budget and in line with the standard guidelines.


Responsibilities :

* You will be responsible for the delivery of the new centers and refurbishments.
* Ensure partners comply with global design and construction standards during fit outs.
* Oversee the entire delivery process with external partners, ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and prompt resolution of risks or issues. Take full responsibility for project scope, timelines, and budgets.


Profile:

* Fluent French speaker with proficiency in English.
* Construction project management skills (retail, commercial, hotels, gas station ...)
* Effective communicator with stake-holders
* Experience within a dynamic and fast-paced company
* Able to manage multiple projects at the same time


Salary & Benefits:

* Up to 73K€ per annum, depending on experience.
* 20% bonus
