AS RECEPTIONIST

First contact of the client, you are the guarantor of the good stay of the customers.

1. You welcome the customer, provide him with all the information on the conditions of the stay, the formalities, the prices, the commodities of the hotel, the products and the possible promotions.
2. You ensure the satisfaction of the clients; follow their arrival and their departure and transmit the useful information to the other services.

4. Carry out check-in and check-out of individual or group clients according to the procedures in force and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information collected
5. Anticipating customer needs, responding to their requests, informing them and advising them
6. Promote hotel products (restaurant, room categories)
7. Manage invoices and receipts
8. Communicate permanently with other services

Qualifications

9. Ideally from a hotel formation, you have a significant experience in a position and similar institution.
10. You are characterized by your excellent relation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
11. You have a very good relationship and are smiling.
12. You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and teamwork.
13. Professional English is essential
