As an experienced Project Management Officer, you will BE in charge of the PMO activities for the entire Capital Market IT department (CMI - over 100 persons), reporting directly to the head of department.
CMI is responsible for the development and maintenance of all the applications supporting the bank business for Market (Front-Office), Risks (Middle Office) and Operations (Back Office) ; used by worldwide users.
Main responsibilities
This position requires to work closely with a variety of people, from within and from outside the department : Section heads, Team Heads, Project Managers, HR, Admin and Finance teams in Singapore and Paris.
The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication and relationship with all of the department teams and partners.
Assisting senior PMO into the CIO office function.
Detailed responsibilities
Monitoring and reporting budget while ensuring consistency with staff and recruitment plan
o Support section heads on following up budget initialization and reporting
o Liaise with section heads for understanding of budget and project portfolio needs
o Provide a global view of budget status and changes from last reporting period
o Organize and keep up to date databases/documentation related to budget and staff plan
o Provide analysis using and developing Power BI technology
o Provide support to managers to ensure timesheet accuracy
· Reporting and Quality Assurance
o Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
o Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects (DEVOPS, Lean, etc.)
· Governance
o Provide support to the management during governance meeting
o Backup Head of Department on Business Continuity Plan exercices (BCP), crisis management, permanent control governance, etc.
· Coordination with other groups
o Provide support on HR matters, ensuring hiring and onboarding are carried out smoothly
o Coordinate with Admin department for booking, travels, supplies, office materials premises
o Coordinate with Infrastructure team for machine inventories and licenses
· Change, collaboration and process
o Act as change manager for all upcoming transversal new processes into the department, as permanent control level 1 framework, etc.
o Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with CACIB / ISAP compliance and security rules and controls
o Facilitate delivery project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department
o Initiate processes for transverse activities such as demand management with Jira usage, new joiner onboarding, compliance monitoring, timesheet, etc.
