Rattaché au Responsable Affaires Réglementaires, l’apprenti Affaires Réglementaires participe aux missions du département Affaires Réglementaires dans le respect des dispositions du Code de la Santé Publique, des lois françaises et internationales, de la Charte de l’information promotionnelle et des procédures internes en vigueur.
La mission comprend, entre autres, la participation et le suivi des activités suivantes :
1. Participer au suivi des études cliniques,
2. Participer aux circuits de validation du matériel promotionnel et non promotionnel
3. Participer au contrôle réglementaire des modifications de notices et étiquetages des produits en conformité avec la réglementation et les procédures.
4. Participer à la mise à jour des données dans les outils et applications utilisés dans le cadre de ces activités.
5. Contribuer à la veille réglementaire
6. De manière ponctuelle, participer à des projets transverses du département.
Compétences
7. Etudiant en pharmacie, dans le cadre d’une formation universitaire type Master 2 en Affaires Réglementaires
8. Anglais professionnel
9. Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Office
10. Grande rigueur
11. Capacité à travailler en équipe et volonté de s’intégrer à un groupe qui compte sur l’engagement et la responsabilité de chacun
12. Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire et également internationales
13. Esprit positif et constructif
14. Force de proposition.
