Plant based is a key strategy in Bel transformation. In order to fully succeed on this category, we need to propose to our customer a full approach, including our strong presence in Private Label.
Reporting to the Plant General Manager and working closely with the Global Sales Director Private Label, the person in this job will have the key role in giving to local markets full support, enabling them with selling stories, studies, arguments, samples, and more generally all the support that the local KAM could need.
The person in this job is also required to do meetings with the customer together with the local KAM, embedding externally the expert role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Design Plant based Private label offer: this includes understanding of consumer needs and trends in order to propose high appealing products. This also includes the capacity to interact with the plant and ensure the technical feasibility of the products we want to offer. This also includes the capacity to integrate the requests of each customer in terms of formula characteristics, in order to ensure the proposed products fit with customers specifications.
Support sales to customers: the person needs to be able to provide to the Key Account Managers the sales supports that are needed to go to the customer and convince them to list our products. He/she needs to equip the team with answers to possible challenges and objections. He/she needs to accompany the Key Account Managers in meetings with customers in order to show our strong category knowledge.
Deliver the Topline and Bottom line objectives on Plant Based Private label offer: a strategic business plan has been defined, with a gradual ramp up in the coming years. The person in charge of this job will need to ensure the new obtained listings are at least in line with the designed plan, and be able to recommend corrective action plans in case of deviation.
REQUIRED LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 6-8 years of experience,
- Sales and/or Marketing background
- Good FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) business knowledge
- Strong project management skills (organized, process & tool oriented, communication & reporting)
- Persuasive communication and influencing skills among pears and stakeholders
- Appetence for influencing other teams (brands, countries and customers) while these teams stay decision owners
- Ability to work in complex environment (multi-function, multi-cultural, …)
- Solid leadership & transversal management skills (coach & challenger, tenacious & flexible, business & technical curiosity)
- Autonomy and ability to prioritize
- Fluent English and German is compulsory
Location : Suresnes, with frequent travels to UK and DE
