our subsidiaries and partners in EU.
- Ensure the efficient operation of IT support services overseeing the
resolution of technical issues,
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions
- Monitoring system performance and implementing best practices and IT
support procedures to ensure that our IT infrastructure is security compliant
and runs smoothly
- Understand IT needs and provide timely and effective solutions
- Manage IT support team within EMEA (France, UK, Iberica, DACH)
Key Missions :
- Team Management : Lead, develop and
manage a team of IT support technicians, ensuring they are well-trained and
equipped to handle support requests efficiently.
- Support Operations : Oversee IT support
operations for branch offices and stores, ensuring timely resolution of
technical issues and minimizing downtime.
- Customer Service : Maintain high levels
of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and effective support services.
- Incident Management : Manage and prioritize
support tickets, ensuring that incidents are resolved within agreed service
levels.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor and report on
the performance of the IT support team, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing necessary changes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with
other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and support of IT
systems and services. Interact regularly with Infrastructure Lead and Security
Lead from Central Lacoste IT Team
- Project Management : Lead and participate
in IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance : Ensure all IT support activities comply
with company policies and regulatory requirements and deploy standard solutions
supported by Central IT.
