VOTRE MISSION
Reporting to the Head of Group Commercial Performance, the Commercial Performance Data Analyst Intern will be a member of the Group Commercial Performance team and will contribute to a strategic value-added analysis on commercial development; reporting on which senior management will base their decisions.
Essential Responsibilities :
1. Business Pipeline Review (BPR) data preparations
- Contribute to analyzing information on active pipeline compared to Budget, Market and other sources of information that contributes to strategic decision making at top management level.
- Interactions across multiple functions : Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, BU etc.
2. Support the team in Commercial KPI reviews and creation of the Commercial Toolbox
- Contribution to updating information on key projects for the Group.
- Monthly identification and analysis of won & lost opportunities.
- Bi-annual review of offers compared to pipeline.
- Development and rollout of the Commercial Toolbox.
3. Management of the commercial performance dashboard
- Support to maintain and update the dashboard (POWER BI) and it’s continued evolution.
- Contribution to dashboard training across the Groupe.
VOTRE PROFIL
Qualifications/Requirements :
- A degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in Engineering or Data Science or Economics is required, advanced degree preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting; commercial / sales / marketing experiences in addition would be appreciated.
- Strong logic, analytical skills and structured mindset are a must.
- Motivation and commitment to learn on the job.
- High ethical standards demonstrated by the individual’s reputation for high integrity in business.
- Influencing skills. Ability to build bridges and relationships with key stakeholders and achieve organizational buy-in from employees who sit outside of his/her direct team.
Desired Characteristics :
- Fluent English and French
- Comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Point,..)

In accordance with regulations, your remuneration will be a percentage of the SMIC or the agreed minimum wage (whichever is the most advantageous). You'll also receive a thirteenth month's pay.
