MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Engineering Office Manager/Technical Studies Manager:

1. Analyze the sold project (special technical specifications, specifications, etc.).
2. Validate the operation’s technical feasibility.
3. Establish and monitor the workload schedule.
4. Estimate the number of study hours and resources needed and the associated cost.
5. Produce or request the production of design briefs, assessments and sizing calculations of the structures.
6. Produce or request the production of plans, diagrams and synoptic drawings.
7. Optimize the project from a technical point of view and look for technical variants.
8. Update the plans as and when necessary and at the end of the works (after checking the as-built drawings).
9. Monitor document distributions and signed document returns.
10. Ensure that the documents are forwarded to the various internal contacts (business manager, building site managers, etc.) and external contacts (supervising office, client, etc.).
11. Check and approve the working drawings and design briefs.
12. Provide an expert appraisal and technical diagnosis.
13. Manage documentation.
14. Coordinate studies with the project’s other stakeholders.
15. Prepare and participate in functional tests.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required level of education: 2-5 years’ higher education, Vocational diploma with prior experience.


JOB ENVIRONMENT

Internal: All employees within your scope – Business manager – Building site managers – Engineering office manager – Technical studies business manager.

External: Suppliers – Supervising office – Program Management.


Formation

Vous êtes issu d’une formation en Électrotechnique (niveau Bac +2).


Expérience

Justifier d'au moins 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine des études électrotechniques industrielles serait un plus.


Compétences

Organisation – Rigueur – Autonomie – Bonne communication – Moteur et investi.
