Le Business Process Owner (BPO) - Procurement est un rôle responsable de la gestion et de l’optimisation d’un processus métier spécifique au sein du service Achats chez INETUM. Il s’assure que le processus est efficace, efficient et aligné sur les buts et objectifs de l’organisation. Le BPO est responsable de la performance globale du processus et doit s’assurer que le processus répond aux exigences réglementaires et de conformité de l’organisation.
