2. Perform some or all of the following activities:
Implement the necessary resources to achieve the objectivesControl financial aspects (payment of service providers) and legal aspects (dispute management).Organize his/her team(s) according to the activityLead and manage his/her team(s)Assist operators and give them instructions and explanations in the event of a problemPerform regular visual checks and progress reports on the team’s workEnsure implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and labor code rulesContribute to human resources management actions (recruitment, training, annual appraisal, development of high-potential employees, management of qualifications according to the sites)Establish versatility within the team and bring it to lifeParticipate in continuous improvement actionsEnsure change managementEscalate any anomaly, productivity gap, technical problems, etc. to his/her line management.Update dashboardsReport on the activity and results within his/her scope.Take part in negotiations with suppliers on all subjectsContribute to the sourcing of new suppliers by expressing an opinion on procurement performance.Establish a procurement plan with the selected suppliers based on the constraints expressed by internal customers (points of sale and/or factory).Source and select potential service providers (particularly carriers and freight forwarders).Oversee procurement operationsPlan and coordinate the transport of products or goods (inventory management, coherent organization of flows, management of shipments, etc.).Monitoring of supply operationsEstablish key indicators and dashboards to measure the performance of the actions carried out: inventory turnover rate, delivery times, availability rate, etc.Ensure deadlines are met.Analyze indicators, point out malfunctions, provide solutions and reporting to line management. Lead and manage a team, ensuring that his/her employees develop their skills according to changing roles and organizational needs Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
3. Take into account and process QSE alerts reported by staff
4. Ensure that his/her team has the necessary skills to occupy their positions (QSE training, qualifications, etc.)
5. Support the rise in QSE maturity of his/her sector
