Description
Specialist Computer Centres are Europe’s leading provider of IT services and solutions. Demand for our Digital Workplace services continues to grow both from existing and new customers creating a real career opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Workplace team in EMEA.
This role will be responsible for strategy and product management of the end-user support and digital end-user experience (DEX) services portfolio within SCC EMEA. This portfolio includes all user-centric advisory, professional and managed services.
Votre mission
The role has direct ownership of the definition of strategy and roadmap of the mentioned services including pricing models and service design, working in collaboration with various stakeholders across EMEA who are delivering elements of these services within their part of the business today, including our existing service centres in Romania and France.
The role will work closely with product marketing and proposition management to ensure clear GTM activities are considered from the outset and the role will be influential in evangelising the portfolio through pre-sales and sales personnel, presenting at events both internal and external.
As EMEA senior product manager you will have experience in the following areas:
1. Experience in launching profitable global or EMEA end-user managed services offerings in a per user per month, or per device per month pricing model, from ideation to cash.
2. Exceptional experience in proactive and predictive managed services offerings, leveraging automation in the processes, self-heal and self-help, virtual assistant, smart lockers and vending machines.
3. In depth knowledge of Nexthink end to end product offerings
4. Great understanding of France and UK markets, including market trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft and other end-user applications
6. Experience in driving persona-based adoption of end-user technologies and change management.
7. Experience in defining, designing, reporting and continuous improvements of customer end-user experiences and XLAs.
8. Great working knowledge of ITSM tooling and ITIL
9. MSP and market knowledge, understanding the role and value that a managed service provider brings to an end client organisation.
10. Experience in strategic vendor management, contracting, negotiations, joint strategy and go to market.
Key Responsibilities :
11. Define product vision, strategy, business case, roadmap and growth opportunities, including a connected customer and sales journey from advisory to professional and managed services.
12. Leveraging a Product Development Process to bring new services to life and driving through to commercial success.
13. Maintaining and publishing a portfolio roadmap with clear prioritisation criteria.
14. Creation of appropriate content, artefacts and assets required to support sales, delivery and in life management of sold services.
15. Education and knowledge share of services and processes into execution functions of the business such as pre-sales or sales.
16. Support sales in large opportunities relevant to portfolio
17. Work closely with marketing and sales management to develop go-to-market programmes, campaigns and activities.
18. Identify training needs for sales, presales, BAU and customer support teams on new products and go-to-market initiatives.
19. Commercial tracking of product lines and forecasts.
20. Contribution to broader business strategy underpinning the P&L forecast.
21. Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, support, product management) and create a community of champions across UK and France
