Role and Responsibilities:



* Develop and maintain database of footprint locations worldwide
* Lead the coordination of all Regions footprint initiatives, arbitrate alternatives and options, secure required Business Cases documentation, lead the final decision making process
* Manage Global footprint [capabilities; capacities] vs workload
* Develop and manage overall footprint optimization and usage, through workload balancing and reference locations per scope of activity and per Region
* Develop and manage a comprehensive list of opportunities involving footprint, from WallC and any other source of information
* Promote and enforce in tenders and project the reference locations per Region, manage and validate exceptions
* Develop, publish, maintain and own the overall Footprint Development process and associated references and templates
* Interface / Routine with Market & Portfolio teams, to gather new or updated market(s) requirements, evolutions, trends requiring footprint adaptation
* Benchmark and develop intelligence on footprint evolution, competition positions, best, new and innovative practices
* Communicate and coordinates within Operations teams the identified subjects where HQ support and/or validation shall be needed
* Support Tenders with optimized footprint solution, lead and drive eventual specific business cases required
* Lead the footprint financing workstream, securing a strong and fluid ability to leverage the entire footprint strategy required
* Benchmark, gather databases, develop a testing pilot for Services S&OP
* Based on pilot, develop, coordinate and manage the S&OP process for the PL
* Coordinate CapEx for the Services Product Line, in collaboration with Finance leadership.



Educational requirements:



* Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration
* Railway Business acumen
* Operations finance / controlling.



Knowmedge and Experience:



* 5-10 years in Railway business
* Railway portfolio knowledge
* Strategy management
* Engineering and/or industrial operations
* Bid Management
* S&OP management & analysis
* English (fluent), French and/or other tongue a plus

* Financial and Operational Business Cases computing

* Rolling Stock & Component portfolio acumen
* Train Maintenance acumen
