Scope of Activities
To carry out some or all of the following activities:
Coordinate the teams
1. Organize and coordinate the work of your team by implementing a proximity management system
2. Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules
3. Ensure the cleanliness of all preparation, shipping and storage areas
4. Contribute to human resources management (training, induction, vacations, annual appraisals, etc.)
Inspect logistics activities
5. Organize the arrival and reception of goods
6. Manage goods locations and storage
7. Ensure correct order preparation
8. Manage preparation areas and ensure on-time shipment
9. Alert and ensure that regular checks and inspections are made
Manage stocks
10. Ensure compliance with warehousing rules
11. Contribute to the process of organizing inventories
Check that stock levels are correct
Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set
12. Organize your team(s) to suit the activity concerned
13. Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems
14. Carry out regular visual checks of team progress
15. Contribute to human resources management (training, induction, vacations, annual appraisals, etc.)
16. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
17. Interact with customers and/or suppliers
18. Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager
19. Complete the dashboard of indicators for the activity
20. Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility.
Take responsibility for the KPI performance of your department
21. Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
From school leavers to those with 2 years’ further education in logistics or equivalent professional experience
