de la mission :
Au sein de l'équipe Hématologie Myéloïde, l’alternant(e) aura pour mission de contribuer à la mise en place opérationnelle du plan stratégique produit, tout en s’assurant de l’excellence opérationnelle pour toutes les responsabilités marketing.
Le produit concerné est premier de sa classe dans une pathologie à fort besoin médical avec de très beaux projets à venir !
Poste :
1. Chargé de la gestion et du suivi des projets opérationnels en soutien de l’équipe marketing,
2. Réaliser et valider des outils de promotion dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires et juridiques (Visite numérique, remis, fiche posologique…)
3. Participer à la construction de programmes éducationnels,
4. Analyse, réalisation et suivi des opérations clients (programmes RPs, staff, congrès...),
5. Implication dans l'organisation des séminaires de la force de vente,
6. Suivi de la formation des délégués,
7. Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne, pour assister l’équipe marketing sur les dossiers en cours : Ventes / Marketing Opérationnel / Médical / Affaires Réglementaires / Relations Externes / Communication Interne & Externe/ Juridique / Formation / Achats / Prestataires

Profil requis pour le poste :
9. Double formation scientifique (médecin, pharmacien, scientifique, vétérinaire...) + 3ème cycle Marketing ou formation type ESC,
10. Intérêt pour la science et le monde de la santé,
11. Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'initiative, force de proposition, bon relationnel,
12. Dynamique, esprit d’équipe, curiosité, implication,
13. Bonne maîtrise de l'informatique,
14. Anglais courant.
