- Créer les Demandes d'Achats pour notre périmètre
- Déployer des applications numériques auprès de nos collaborateurs et, des outils FORVIA
- Créer des surveys sur TEAMS (multilingues),
- Suivi administratif du service (liste des collaborateurs, trombinoscope, recrutement d'apprenti, accueil de nouveaux arrivants, suivi des heures travaillées)
- Être le référent « évènementiel » : budget prévisionnel, réservations de sites, organisation d'activité TEAM SPIRIT et accompagnement des équipes Worldwide. Suggestions d'Awards et goodies. Intervention de prestataires RH ou de coaching/développement de soi.
- Assurer la gestion du parc informatique (CAX et bureautique) :
- Recensement des remplacements et nouveaux besoins en informatique,
- Préparation du budget « Maintenance soft et machines » une fois dans l'année pour construction du budget de fonctionnement.
- Création de mode d'emploi synthétiques/dématérialisés concernant de nouvelles méthodes et/ou processus de travail.
- Répondre aux demandes du quotidien des équipes, des managers et notre N+1 (fournitures de bureau et informatique, EPI, renseignements divers,)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Être doté (e) d'un excellent relationnel et avoir le goût du travail en équipe - bonne capacité d'adaptation.
- Aisance téléphonique et bonne expression orale et écrite en Français et en Anglais
- Dynamique, polyvalent(e), autonome, curieuse mais discret(e) ; il ou elle doit être force de proposition
- Ouvert(e) aux applications innovantes ET sens de l'observation
- Niveau avancé en Anglais (écrit/parlé) : B2 - capacité à comprendre des sujets, suivre une conversation, animer des groupes de travail.
- Pack Office : niveau intermédiaire/avancé (présentations PowerPoint, des TCD, mails)
- Rythme d'alternance souhaité : 1 semaine entreprise / 1 semaine formation
