MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team management
o Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff and sub-contractors and verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving (CACES)).
o Present the building site, its challenges, risks and the construction works to be completed to employees.
o Organize and plan the missions and the work of the teams, based on building site requirements and progress.
o Support teams’ professionalization and upskilling and manage HR processes within the scope they are responsible for.
o Encourage professional best practices and govern improper conduct.
2. Building site preparation and installation
o Ensure availability and consistency of all building site administrative documentation (authorizations, installation plans, construction working drawings, etc.).
o Define and review the building site construction works, while acknowledging construction plans and documentation by visiting the site.
o Establish the constructions works schedule and operating procedure with the Works Supervisor.
o Communicate the necessary procedures and documentation to teams and ensure their understanding.
o Ensure the equipment and materials needed to complete the building site are present and available.
3. Monitoring of the building site’s construction
o Supervise the set up of the construction.
o Monitor the progress of the works schedule.
o Perform technical checks during construction.
o Monitor consumption and analyze deviations from budget forecasts.
o Draft and communicate the building site report.
4. Building site handover
o Ensure the successful completion of each part of the works.
o Participate in construction handover.
o Collect and communicate the elements needed for the as-built drawing.
5. Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment Quality
o Ensure full application of guidelines, procedures and rules.
o Produce reporting for various managers regarding the completed construction works.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Significant experience as a Team Leader.

Authorizations may be required based on the position:

* BR-B2V electrics authorization
* M2 mechanics authorization
* Authorization to intervene near networks (AIPR) + Minimum Safety Training Standards (SMS) (compulsory)

JOB ENVIRONMENT

Reporting line: WORKS SUPERVISOR

Internal relations: Engineering Consultants (BE), Support Department, Journeymen, etc.

External relations: sub-contractors, clients, suppliers, local residents, service providers, etc.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous intégrez un BTS TP ou un BUT TP/Génie Civil en alternance l’année prochaine.

Curieux(se) et motivé(e), vous êtes intéressé(e) par les métiers des Travaux Publics ou du Génie Civil.

Vous appréciez le travail en extérieur et souhaitez rejoindre un grand groupe au sein d’une équipe soucieuse de former ses apprentis dans un métier d’avenir.
