How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Seppic is pursuing its growth and development in the pharmaceutical and dermo-pharmaceutical markets by offering its clients innovative and high-quality formulation solutions for all routes of administration. To support its global development in the pharmaceutical market, and continue to assist its clients throughout the product development cycle, Seppic is recruiting a Responsable développement digital et marchés - Ingrédients pharmaceutiques, in CDD until September 2025.
Within the Global Marketing department of Seppic, and under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager for the pharmacy and dermopharmacy activity; you will join the Marketing team dedicated to our range of pharmaceutical ingredients. You will be particularly responsible for digital marketing and communication regarding our range of excipients and actives in strong collaboration with product managers dedicated to pharmaceutical formulations for oral and/or topical administration.
For your range of pharmaceutical products, you will be a key player in digital, technical, and scientific marketing through the following missions:
Digital Marketing and Scientific Communication:
* Work on digital and scientific marketing objectives to communicate globally about pharmaceutical ingredients with a promotional strategy for existing products and for the launch of new products.
* Create technical, scientific, and digital content to support our product range.
* Develop a marketing-communication plan to increase our global presence through digital visibility (website, webinars, scientific articles, etc.) and also to enhance the reach of our clients worldwide.
* In relation with the Digital & IT and corporate communication teams, develop and propose new interface tools to improve and track the impact of digital communication.
* Anticipate changes in market dynamics and its environment and provide recommendations for the communication plan of the product range.
* Conduct technological and competitive monitoring, both for formulations and for excipients intended for oral and topical forms and adapt our scientific communication plan.
Strategic Marketing:
* Collaborate with Market Managers, Business Development Managers, and Innovation teams to participate in the deployment of the strategic roadmap for pharmaceutical products.
* Analyze and anticipate changes and trends in market dynamics and its environment to provide recommendations for the development of new products or to develop new application data.
Market Development and Support - Company and Subsidiaries:
* Close collaboration with global sales teams to provide marketing and technical support, training for sales teams, support for client meetings, webinars, etc.
* Support product managers in operational marketing missions.

Are you a MATCH?
Engineer in chemistry, biology or pharmacist, you have a specialization in marketing or communication as well as a first experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
