Job Description :

Havas Group's CSR department is currently looking for an Sustainability information manager F/H, located at Puteaux (Ile-de-France, 92).

Your missions throughout the year:
- Responding to questionnaires from extra-financial rating agencies (Moody's, CDP, Sustainalytics, etc.) and other stakeholders (UN Global Compact, media, NGOs, public authorities): preparing responses, in collaboration with the internal experts, inputting responses into tools, tracking deadlines, managing relations with agency representatives;
- Monitoring changes in rating methodologies and analyzing the results obtained to improve Havas’ rating, and suggesting ratings consistent for the sector;
- Preparing the Sustainability Report in compliance with the CSRD: benchmarking best practices, coordinating the drafting process with experts, managing the schedule, editorial secretariat;
- Preparing the CSR Report: coordinating the drafting process, managing the schedule, in collaboration with the Communications department;
- Monitoring evolutions in the CSR regulatory and sectoral environment, as well as in key ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, TCFD, GRI, SDGs...) to anticipate the information to be disclosed and the arguments to be developed;
- Contributing to the development of responses to investor questions on ESG topics, in collaboration with the Investor Relations Director;
- Preparing extra-financial information for annual reports and brochures;
- Updating and developing the CSR section on the corporate website;
- You may be asked to get involved in other projects, depending on your wishes and availability.

Knowledge and skills :
- You have a Master’s degree with a specialization in sustainability/CSR/ESG;
- You have a significant experience of at least 2 years in the field of CSR and are already familiar with agency questionnaires and ESG ratings;
- You are proficient in Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.);
- You have excellent written communication English.

Interpersonal and soft skills:
- You have a strong personal affinity for sustainability;
- Your attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, as well as writing abilities are well recognized. You are capable of managing complexity with a focus on precision;
- You demonstrate initiative and autonomy, and enjoy working and communicating with a wide range of internal stakeholders (French and international);
- You are organized and capable of simultaneously advancing multiple projects and delivering them on time.
