Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Nous recherchonsun(e) Alternant(e) Ressources Humaines Généraliste pour rejoindre nos équipes sur notre site basé à Brières les Scellés (sud Essonne)!

En support au Directeur des Ressources Humaines du site et en collaboration avec l'équipe Administration du Personnel, vous serez en charge de :
- Piloter la campagne de recrutement des alternants 2026 depuis le recensement des besoins auprès des managers, en passant par le sourcing et les entretiens, l'élaboration du contrat et l'intégration.
- Contribuer à l'organisation des réunions avec les organisations syndicales.
- Réaliser des études et projets divers relatifs au service : organisation et animation de forums école, analyse télétravail
- Préparer l'arrivée des nouveaux embauchés (CDI, alternants, tagiaires), y compris l'animation de la réunion d'accueil, et l'affiliation aux divers organismes (mutuelle / prévoyance)
- Gérer les sorties des salariés (tout type de contrat) : portabilité, préparation et envoi des documents de sortie
- Réaliser les avenants de contrat de travail, attestations et divers courriers dans le respect de la réglementation du droit du travail et de la convention collective de la métallurgie,
- Assurer la mise à jour des tableaux de bord (embauches, affiliations, arrêts maladie) et veiller à la conformité des titres de séjour des salariés étrangers

- Formation spécialisée dans les ressources humaines de niveau Bac +3 à Bac +5 (au-delà du niveau de diplôme, l'esprit d'analyse et les qualités relationnelles seront déterminants)
- Aisance en anglais
- Aisance sur le Pack Office
- Organisation, rigueur et discrétion
- Excellent relationnel
- Rythme d'alternance souhaité : maximum 2 jours en école/semaine, idéalement 1 jour école, 4 jours entreprise
- Enthousiaste et chaleureux(se), vous avez le sens du service et appréciez le travail d'équipe
