Cegid is experiencing strong international growth and is building a dedicated Executive Recruitment function to attract and secure top-tier leadership talent (Director level and above). As a Senior Executive Recruiter, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with ExCo members. This highly visible role is key to strengthening our leadership pipeline and supporting Cegid's strategic ambitions in France and internationally.
Your main responsibilities are as follows :
- Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process : from intake meetings and search strategy to sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation,
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential executive talent, anticipating future business needs,
- Advise and partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, HRBPs, Hiring Managers) throughout the hiring process,
- Deliver market intelligence through talent mapping, benchmarking, and sector analysis,
- Ensure regular reporting on search progress and recruitment KPIs,
- Contribute to continuous improvement of executive recruitment processes and employer branding.
